1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing services from Editxify, you agree to these Terms. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Client) and Editxify (the Agency).
2. Services & Delivery
We commit to high-quality visual engineering. Scope includes:
- Turnaround: Standard delivery is 24-48 hours for Short Form content.
- Format: Final files delivered via Google Drive/Frame.io in MP4/MOV format.
- Exclusions: We do not film content; we edit provided footage.
3. Payment & Pricing
Work begins only after payment confirmation.
- Standard Projects: 100% upfront payment required.
- Large Projects: 50% deposit to start, 50% before final file delivery.
- Methods: Payments processed securely via Stripe or UPI.
4. Revisions Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied.
- Included: Packages include 2 rounds of revisions.
- Scope: Revisions cover pacing, color, and text changes. Script changes or new footage require a new order.
- Extra Revisions: Charged at our standard hourly rate.
5. Intellectual Property
Understanding ownership rights:
- Your Rights: You own the raw footage and the final video upon full payment.
- Our Rights: Editxify retains ownership of project files (Premiere/AE files) and may use the final work for portfolio purposes unless an NDA is signed.
