1. General Principle
Due to the nature of digital creative work, time and labor are non-returnable. Once our
editors have commenced work on your timeline, we cannot offer a full refund for the hours already spent.
Our goal is your satisfaction, which is why we provide revision rounds to fix issues rather than cancelling
projects.
2. Cancellation Window & Kill Fee
If you wish to cancel a project, the refund amount depends on the project stage:
- 0-2 Hours after order: 100% Refund (If work hasn't started).
- Work Started (Draft Phase): 50% Refund (Project Kill Fee applies).
- First Draft Delivered: No Refund. Revisions will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are NOT granted for subjective reasons or changes in direction:
- "I decided I don't want a video anymore."
- "I don't like the style" (if it matches the portfolio/brief provided).
- Delays caused by the client not providing footage/feedback on time.
4. Eligibility for Full Refund
We take responsibility for our mistakes. You are eligible for a 100% refund if:
- We fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeframe (without prior notice).
- We are unable to complete the project due to technical issues on our end.
- The final delivery is technically corrupted or unusable.
